Two angles. One outcome.

Most agency teams look the same on the surface. What's different here is what comes in underneath.

Daniel

Daniel

Co-Founder

Seven years in business, not theorising, operating. He's been through the toxic workplaces and the bad leadership and the "you're just a number" culture, and what came out the other side was someone who knows exactly what not to build. He identifies what's inefficient, what's already working, and what the engine needs to function the way it's supposed to.

He's built and delivered n8n automation workflows, VA systems, and operational processes for clients. He does not wait for perfection to ship. He already sent it while you were still deciding.

Lewis

Lewis

Co-Founder

Psychology background. A half beat slower than Daniel on purpose, because that slowdown catches things speed misses. He maps the people inside each role, how they actually operate, where the friction comes from, and what's driving the behavior underneath the surface issue.

His job is making sure the systems land in the right environment. You can automate a broken dynamic and just break it faster. He's the reason that doesn't happen. He enters when it's the business owner's own thinking that needs to shift, not the tooling, and he doesn't sugarcoat what he finds.

Jella

Jella

Virtual Assistant

Build & Chill's first VA hire, brought on for client work and now running point on the internal side too, recruitment, admin, the things that need doing between everything else. She came in through a referral, but a warm introduction doesn't skip the four step process. Good people can find good people. That's not the same as taking someone's word for it.

She doesn't wait to be handed a task. She finds the gap and closes it, and she reads a room well enough to know when the situation calls for more care than speed. She'll tell you herself she overthinks when things get emotional. Knowing that about yourself is most of the job.

Together: execution that moves fast, and depth that moves right.

A half hour with both of them looks like Daniel already testing something and Lewis already asking why it broke last time. Neither one waits for the other to finish. That's the whole method, working in front of you instead of described to you.

The longer version

The two of them recorded twenty two minutes working out what Build & Chill actually does for a business owner, and it turned into the fullest version of this that exists. It covers the build and chill split, what chill means structurally, and who the work does not suit.
